A Reference For Alternative Narratives

I work as an open-source citizen investigator, part of a citizens organized collaboration to offer fact based alternatives to official narratives. Discerning fact from fiction is difficult even with conventional sources, therein is where I've found my niche. The one size fits all Standard Model is bursting at the seams as many begin to suspect that political impotence, oversight, and negligence, may be an intentional ploy to perpetuate corruption.

Covert Operations: Flase Flag Or Terror Drill?

Posted on October 11 2017 by -N. Carter in New World Order

In today’s video I wanted to point out what seems to be the yearly various drills, with 2017’s being Operation Gotham Shield. Since many have had their say on it I thought I could give my angle as well starting with Jade Helm, which took place from July 2015 through September 2015. According to the document from the Us Army Special Operations Command, “Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and interagency Unconventional Warfare exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. Jade Helm is a US Special Operations Command sponsored exercise to improve the Special Operations Forces' Unconventional Warfare capability as part of the National Security Strategy.”

In a nutshell and on the surface, it was a realistic joint military training exercise with over 1,200 service members, mostly Special Forces, conducted here in the United States; undeniably unconventional. What I find very interesting is while I was doing some digging when making this video, almost everywhere Jade Helm was reported, the article never failed to mention the words conspiracy theories.

For example, here’s Politifact researcher Christian Belanger. Quote, “while Jade Helm will be one of the largest military training exercises ever performed on domestic soil, the operation has garnered national attention for a slightly different reason: It’s the subject of conspiracy theories propagated by wary libertarians and conservatives worried about the potential establishment of martial law. These theories have climbed all the way up the highest levels of state government, eventually prompting Governor Greg Abbott to declare in April that he will have the Texas State Guard monitor the training exercise.

In a letter to the commander of the Texas State Guard, Abbott wrote, "During the training operation, it is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed" unquote.

Now the Governor’s reaction is unsurprising given this list: quote, “Local footprint will be 60-65 personnel”, “some participants will be wearing civilian attire and driving civilian vehicles.” “Personnel may be carrying weapons with blank ammo”, while “some individuals may conduct suspicious activities…designed to prepare them for complex environments overseas”, unquote.

Nothing like 60-65 armed men and women parading around your city in civilian clothing. But, you’re a conspiracy theorist if you think your government would ever dress up in plain clothes, armed with weapons, and drive everyday vehicles in one of the largest military training exercises ever performed on domestic soil.

You’re even doubly so if you talk about 2016’s military drill which was more covert since Jade Helm garnered national attention. The exercise was known as UWEX16, short for Unconventional Warfare Exercise 2016 and again took place in Texas. Though, the drill that was more talked about was the earthquake disaster preparedness training exercise known as Cascadia Rising put together with the aid of FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency. The name Cascadia refers to the subduction zone that stretches 700 miles along the Pacific Northwest responsible the largest earthquake in the continental United States on January 26, 1700.

But what about the Gotham Shield hype? The stated “purpose of Gotham Shield 17 is to evaluate the whole community effort to prevent, protect from, respond to, and plan initial recovery after the effects of an Improvised Nuclear Device attack using established exercises to achieve objectives in the relevant mission areas and capabilities. Gotham Shield will assess regional and national incident management and incident support capabilities, to include pre- and post- nuclear device detonation and recovery.”

Gotham Shield is much like the other drills and exercises on the surface; a multi-agency emergency response training. That’s all you are likely to get from mainstream sources and the truth is we really don’t know what it’s all about, if anything. There is reason, however, to believe that these are more than just military exercises and training since we’ve seen similar drills like these go live before.

On 9/11, NORAD, the North American Aerospace Defense Command, an agency of the Department of Defense and CIA were engaged in a simulated drill in which a plane from Washington's Dulles International Airport was to collide into one of the towers of the National Reconnaissance Office in Virginia, not far from the Pentagon. The moment the scenario went live in New York and at the Pentagon, the exercise was cancelled and no flight interceptors were sent to mitigate damage.

On the day of the school shooting Sandy Hook, a FEMA drill ‘Planning for the Needs of Children in Disasters’ was taking place not far from the school. Not to mention on July 20, 2012, the same day of the Batman Aurora Theatre shooting, Colorado University Rocky Vista—just miles away—was training how to response to a gunman opening fire in a movie theater. You can’t make this stuff up; I’ll link an article.

When drills like these garner such attention it seems to serve the purpose of ridiculing truthers when nothing happens and manipulating the masses when something does. They act as a tool for psychological operations and often distract from unfolding events behind the scenes while providing a veneer of plausible deniability for the perpetrators. I have a really hard time believing in one instance of coincidence after another. When one instance follows another that’s not coincidence, it’s a pattern.

Now, if you’re a Californian or New Yorker you likely recall on April 21, 2017 when New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles all suffered massive power outages virtually around the same time. News sites were quick to report they were unrelated to each other but I’m not so sure since Operation Gotham Shield started just 3 days before on April 18 2017. Again, these patterns of drills going live are beyond coincidental.

Now I’m not saying this next piece of entertainment legitimizes any conjecture, but if you aren’t aware of how the entertainment industry uses subliminal messaging and predictive programming, you won’t understand the implications. That being said, those familiar with truth disguised as fiction have done it again.

The 2006 TV series Jericho, the same year North Korea conducted the missile launches that put them on the radar of American masses, depicts in season 1 episode 6 the devastating after math of an electromagnetic pulse known as EMP a blast of energy that fries anything with a circuit board leading to outages in the transportation/communication sectors and rolling blackouts. Well just less than 30 miles from New York, there’s a city called Jericho virtually adjacent to the epicenter of the power outages and the Gotham Shield exercise. Both of which culminated around the same time as North Korea’s various 2017 ICBM tests that some speculate could be equipped with a form of improvised EMP since Korean yields are reported to be low kiloton.

Conjecture to be sure, however the deterioration of international affairs is no secret and you have to ask yourself, if these are drills to prepare us for some kind of terror scenario, why aren’t citizens being trained? It’s likely because the threat isn’t going to come from another nation, its coming from us. The next threat scenario is liable to be a staged event or legitimate attack provoked by American animosity. At this point I think it’s safe to say, whether staged or legitimate, if the government has reason to prepare for a threat or disaster scenario, so should we. The goal is to be prudent not paranoid. Those who are quick to cry wolf can breed as much division as someone who intentionally sows discord. Continue your vigilance and check back frequently.
